KEY PERSONEL
EDDIESON OTIENO, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Eddieson has extensive experience in the delivery of major construction projects. He has over 20 years experience in
Quantity Surveying. He brings his vast knowledge and experience in Construction cost consultancy and project
management. He has played a key role in a variety of high-profile schemes for private and public sector clients.
He has an honours degree in Building Economics from the University of Nairobi and he is currently pursuing a masters in
project planning and management in the same university. He is also a certified registered quanitity surveyor with the
board of registrtation of architects and quantity surveyors.
